Wobble with Lizzy!
Lizzy started Wobble classes at The Hub in February, and then lockdown struck! Thankfully for us, Lizzy has taken her classes online. You can join her live, Thursdays at 9:30am, or watch the video at a later time if you can't make Thursday mornings. Links to all of Lizzy's weekly workouts can be found at the bottom of the page, including Paracise and Pilates.
New Wobble videos will be uploaded here each week.
Just click the link for the class you want to join at the time of the class, and it will take you there. If you haven't used Zoom before then it would be good to click the link before hand in case you need to sign up to Zoom before starting. It's free to join Zoom, and you won't be asked for any card details or anything like that.
As with any new physical activity...
If it's been a while since you did any exercise, take it easy and have a go at what feels comfortable to you
Don't do too much in one go, listen to your body and take breaks if you need to
Follow the advice given to you by your Dr if you're managing any ongoing medical conditions
Don't forget to keep well hydrated after your class.
